I built this because I needed it.
I built this service out of need. When I realized my property was better suited for mid-term rentals, I listed my first unit on Furnished Finder. Straightforward process. The interest came fast and I had my first tenant.
Then, to my surprise, I was on my own. There was nothing in place to handle what came next. My tenant asked me, "What's the next step?" I wondered, "What IS the next step?"
I realized, every part of the process was on me. So, I cobbled together a solution, one tool at a time. I used ChatGPT to draft the contract, copied it into Word, converted it to a PDF, uploaded it to DocuSign... Then came the tenant questions: "Do you take Venmo?" "What's ACH?" "Can I pay cash?"
Three months later the next tenant showed up and I'm asking myself, "Where did I save that last lease?" Was it in DocuSign, in Adobe, or buried in a folder I couldn't find? I'd lose hours retracing my steps and drafting the same contracts all over again.
